Letter marathon / Maraton Pisania Listów

Amnesty international is one of the best-known world organisation fighting for human rights. From two years students have been running the school’s AI club, this year they have decided to participate in the letter writing marathon. Volunteers from the whole world have been writing letters with demands from the heads of states to obey human rights and release the political prisoners. We wrote nearly 80 letters which we sent to Cameroon, Peru and Malawi at the end of December and beginning of January. As a part of the whole event students have given a series of workshops concerning human rights. We really look forward for the next year’s edition of the marathon and still waiting to see the results of our letters.
