Dwudziestego szóstego listopada nasi uczniowie zorganizowali Halloween dla dzieci z klasy drugiej szkoły podstawowej. Rozpisaliśmy plan zajęć, które mieliśmy poprowadzić, oraz przygotowaliśmy listę rzeczy, jakie trzeba było zakupić.

Kiedy nadszedł dzień Halloween, na naszej drodze pojwiło się wiele problemów natury organizacyjnej. Jednak udało się szybko je rozwiązać.

Na początku byliśmy bardzo zestresowani, ale wszystkie dzieci były bardzo zadowolone ze zorganizowanych przez nas zabaw podczas Halloween oraz ucieszyły się na widok cukierków. Chodzą pogłoski, że uczniowie szkoły podstawowej chcą, żebyśmy  zorganizowali Halloween również za rok.

On the 26th of October, two of our students organised Halloween for kids in primary years 2 at our school. Last year we did something similar, except this year we made it bigger. We first presented the idea to our CAS coordinator – Ms Seroczyńska – and she suggested that we make a plan, and go to Ms Maria – primary school coordinator – to ask her for permission. We made a plan of all the activities we were going to prepare for the kids and a list of things that needed to be bought.

When the day came they had a lot of problems standing on our way. Some teachers didn’t know that the event was happening, some supposedly had classes in the little gym we were occupying and we couldn’t get any toilet paper which we needed for one of the activities. We overcame all of the problems and the Halloween started right on time, barely, but right on time.

The students were really stressed at first because they didn’t have all of the prizes for the children because the school didn’t buy the candy on time but before we realised we had everything we needed. All of the kids were thrilled about the Halloween day and they really enjoyed the candy. All of them seemed really happy with all of the activities and the rumour is that they want us to repeat something similar next year.
